Is haveing sex only the day I ovulate will help me conceive?

Me n my husband use to have sex every day during my fertile week.I wanted to try something different this time n have sex only two days before I ovulate. I heard that having sex everyday lowers sperm mobility..

Having sex everyday does lower his sperm count, and there isn't enough time in between intercourse for his sperm count to repopulate. However if you have less sex then what was good sperm becomes bad sperm and dies off while they are waiting.. so overall it is best to have sex every other day, then the sperm is given a chance to repopulate, and he will still have a good amount of good sperm.
