Is it normal to have sex at around 16?

I haven't had sex, nor am I planning to anytime soon, but it seems everybody i know is "getting into the swing of things". Is it normal? Also, when the inevitable comes up, how do I tell my boyfriend "no"?

yes its normal because get into pure pressure and others just want to try it, i even know some people that been knocking boots at the age of 13 but point is you do it but some people later on regret it when they actually fall in love and start wishing they saved it for there love and not a lil ass that will not be there forever. and if your boyfriend ask you , tell him how you fell about the situation and if he cares about you he will respect your decision
