Is there an online organization that anyone can volunteer for to help stop cyber sex offenders?

All the sites I've found are looking for people with police backround, but I think if I tell a grown man online that I'm a 13 year old little girl and he advances on to me, I don't have to be a professional to know that this man is most likely a cyber sex offender. I want to know if there is an organization that I can join to help stop these creeps out there. You would think that if they want this crime to stop, they would take as many volunteers as they can get.
