What should I do, I had a sex dream about one of my best girl friends?

Last night I had a sex dream about me and one of my best girl friends. I never had a dream like this before. I have a girl friend and would never cheat on her because I love her a lot. I don't what I should do or why I had the dream. Should I tell my friend and girlfriend or not? And if anyone has any ideas why I had this dream please say them. thanks. by the way I'm 17 year old boy.

It means nothing. Dreams are almost always metaphors for something else, or they're meaningless because they're just a jumbled mess of people and things you saw the previous day that were still floating around in your head. There's no need to tell your girlfriend, it may possibly upset her for no reason.
