Do you think it is ridiculous that in India, many states ban sex education in schools?

I mean there are five million people in India suffering from HIV..if these people were educated to use a freaking condom before they did it..the rate of increase in the number of those getting HIV in the future would reduce

not only that..india has wayyy too many people..we are talking about 1.2 billion people in a land that is the third of the size of the United States
the fact is whether we like it or not..there will be many kids who will still have sex whether sex education is taught in classrooms or it is not...if these kids did not learn the value of protection or rubber, we would have more issues of teenage pregnancy and more spreading of std's in our schools.
this isnt just restricted to any particular country..this is a general worldwide phenomenon..teenagers are horny people and many will act out on their hormones and have sex with each other
well certainly the real poor and the truck drivers could also be educated about this as well..it might as well reduce the rates of HIV among these people and reduce the number of babies born from unprotected sex
it is true..most people in india do not have premarital sex..but there are still many teens that do in spite of the strong taboos in that country..so sex education would certainly be beneficial in that regard

I think it's more ridiculous that they do it here. I live in Texas and sex education is terrible here. Thank god for the internet.
